  to the Senior Courts, avoid disclosing Court of Protection, Medical            Certificates, that are issued by doctors to protect vulnerable persons ?

            Answer: Court of Protection, Medical Certificates (that are issued to protect
                            extremely vulnerable persons) have no barcode, no serial numbers 
                            and therefore no Audit Trail,  accordingly they are untraceable !

           He was medicated to the extent that he lost mental capacity
      Three Court of Protection medical certificates had been obtained, but not registered with the  Court of Protection by the                Official Solicitor. He was, for nearly 18 months, regarded as a mentally  ill patient  without access to the Court of Protection.          During this time considerable amounts  of his assets went missing.
